Dieting is driving me nutty. I have not cheated...but today someone left breakfast items (biscuits) in the kitchen and I wanted to smash them. Now July 4th is coming and I've been invited to two parties. I'm not drinking and what I can eat is limited on this protein protocol I'm doing.
What's keeping me going is the fact that I am losing. And honestly, nothing else has been working. I know this is a risky way to go. Cutting out foods and then moving them back into your diet is not easy. Vigilance will be necessary...but going into your late 40's makes weight loss a huge challenge. I felt I had to do something DRASTIC.
And so here I am...cutting out carbs and sugars and fighting every moment to keep it going.
